Kate Trafford is a Certified NLP/HNLP Trainer, Master Practitioner of NLP/HNLP, Master Ericksonian Hypnotherapist, HNLP Coach and has a Post Graduate Degree in Professional Development (Coaching). She began her career in the Nuclear Industry (she is a Chartered Chemical Engineer), moving through a series of engineering project roles, into Techincal Client Support and finally Government Relations & Public Affairs. In 1999 she established our company as a vehicle for her own passionate commitment to personal and professional development. In addition to being the founder and Managing Director of Go Beyond (UK) Limited, Kate is also the Co-Creator of our sister company Go Beyond NLP Limited offering NLP-based open programmes, personal coaching and hypnotherapy services.

Tiffany Kay is a Certified NLP/HNLP Trainer, Master Practitioner of NLP/HNLP, Master Ericksonian Hypnotherapist, HNLP Coach and Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Emotrance. She has also completed her certificate in counselling and first year of Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy Training. She has an extensive track record of delivery of development programmes first as an in-house consultant and in recent years as an Independent Development Consultant. Tiffany is Senior Associate for Go Beyond (UK) Limited, Co-Creator of Go Beyond NLP Limited and also offers coaching and therapy to individuals via her private practise.
